Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your order from Save The Date. It is important that you understand and agree to these terms before we can provide you with our goods and services.
- At least 50% advance is needed to confirm an order.
- If any order is cancelled within 2 days after the order is placed, 25% of the advance will be the cancellation fees.
- If any order is cancelled after 2 days-period and while in the designing state, no refund will be issued for the advance.
- No order can be cancelled after the production has started.
- Please check the layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed, Save The Date takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost.
- If replacements are required, additional charge will be added to the invoice. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs.
- To ensure a smooth production process, we kindly request that you provide all the necessary information via the provided forms within the first 2 days after placing your order. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the production process.
- We offer three complimentary digital drafts for your review, including any necessary corrections. After that, each additional draft will be subject to a charge of 500 BDT per draft. We strongly advise thoroughly reviewing all designs and providing your changes in one go. It’s important to note that significant design alterations at this stage may result in an additional design fee. Once you are satisfied with the final proof, we will proceed with the understanding that you have approved it for printing.
- Save The Date will take full responsibility for damaged or defective products during production and shipment. Clients can claim replacement of the damaged/defective product.
- Please communicate within 2 working days of the delivery for any product replacement claims. Any complaint after this period won’t be valid.
- Save the Date does not bear any responsibility if the product is damaged after delivery has been made. Please check the products in front of the delivery-person.
- Save The Date holds the right to resell any customized product designed by the in-house design team upon client provided specification.
- Save The Date does not hold the right to resell any customized design provided by the customer.
- To ensure the highest quality of service, our customer support is available until 7 PM. We kindly request that you contact us within this time frame for any assistance you may require. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Please note that our office is closed on Fridays, and we will not be able to respond to any communications received on that day.
- No E-Card can be provided of our paper card designs.
Please Note:
- Colors displayed on monitors may vary from actual printed cards; ±10% variation in color and gsm is acceptable for handmade paper worldwide.
- Minor variations in paper and 1% color variation in screen printing are possible.
- Printed card size may slightly vary from sizes mentioned on the website; slight alterations in size may be made to provide the best cards.
No refund/return money policies are applicable if the product can be replaced. For any product replacement or return, a free delivery will be made from Save The Date.
We believe each event is a once in a lifetime occasion and nobody wants to spoil the festive mood. We try our best to make this occasion memorable by giving quality cards and all Issues can always be resolved by talking and a happy ending is a must.
